[quote:Archangel Michael:MV80NzUxNTMwXzg2NTY5ODY1Xzk3OEZERTVG] WHICH BRINGS US TO... AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO JOB HUNTING The successful Job Seeker must BOND with the Potential EMPLOYER. One bonds during the Interview. You need something to discuss that says I am in touch with the PULSE OF SOCIETY and are in the forefront of where it is going. This means you should pick a Current Trend and actively participate in it (like the Gym above or interesting Volunteer Group)) or be able to Fake expertise. Take a photo(s) while at Event, add text, and place on your FACEBOOK PAGE. During the Interview, Discuss from a Knowledgeable Perspective the Activity's Importance to you (benefits), Your ongoing/most recent involvement (I'm Very Alive and Vibrant) and how this boosts your job effectiveness and ATTRACTIVENESS Find YOUTUBE speeches, Talks from a recent INDUSTRY CONVENTION and prepare and comment on your perspectives, reactions to it. Shows you're ready to 'Hit The Ground Running'. Research the Company's, Interviewer(s) Social Media for Conversation ideas and Formulating a Unique Interview approach. [/quote]

This is for Business Heads.
Behavioral Design works with Clients to target and Modify Customer Behavior to Increase Sales.
Here is the latest Industry thinking.
Below is my Criticism
Behavioral Design works within the 'Dead Institutional Framework' (Corporations-The Other).
People have no stake in them, are by definition detached. BD fails to recognize that these 'things' 'services' are imposed, are artificial to the Organic Being.
That would mean BD's operational model is ultimately 'half empty', a semi-futile endeavor..
As a fix, I would rephrase 'Benefits' and add 'Objections'.
1. Why Should I Care
2. What's In it for Me?
3. Are you saying I'm Bad if I don't do this?
If you don't or can't address these Objections, your Process is incomplete and the Results less likely to be Successful.
