Below is my Criticism

Behavioral Design works within the 'Dead Institutional Framework' (Corporations-The Other).

People have no stake in them, are by definition detached. BD fails to recognize that these 'things' 'services' are imposed, are artificial to the Organic Being.

That would mean BD's operational model is ultimately 'half empty', a semi-futile endeavor..

As a fix, I would rephrase 'Benefits' and add 'Objections'.

1. Why Should I Care
2. What's In it for Me?
3. Are you saying I'm Bad if I don't do this?

If you don't or can't address these Objections, your Process is incomplete and the Results less likely to be Successful.
