[quote:Swamprat:MV80NzUyMzExXzg2NTgzNjg1XzM2NDY5QjBG] Make sure about water. Available? Palatable? Potable? Expense for well and permits? Depth? Building costs? Labor? Materials? Prefab allowed? Will you be allowed to put a camping trailer on site while your house is constructed? Or an office trailer? Can you just put a mobile home on site? Shipping containers allowed as sheds or buildings? Does the land flood? Cell service? Electricity available? Septic tank and drain field allowed? Is the soil permeable? (Perculation rate for septic) Property taxes and fees, insurance. Is insurance required? What internet is available? What sort of solar coverage will you have summer/winter? Garbage situation? Any public dumpsters? How deep for frost protection? [/quote]
