Liberal Law Enforcement:
Don't get in a thugs personal space.
If a thug points a gun at you ask him not to shoot.
If you must fire back only rubber bullets can be used.
Hand the cuffs to the thug and if he does not put them on you can't take him to jail.
Be as polite and courteous to the thug as possible at all times.
