In a freak occurrence, on a conspiracy news site known as the Godlike Productions, frequenters who read news items, conspiracy theories and live action role play were shocked to discover one of their own going full tilt recently after being incensed over a live action role play which went rogue itself.
The story, at 11, covers the lead up, wherein a creative writer, working on a script for a time travel story, was so convincing that some of the participants began to get drawn in to what can only be described as a sinister plot to draw one man out into a failed plot to look for a time machine hidden amongst the countryside.
When the plot was foiled by another man, details unknown at this time, luckily the man turned around and went home before trying to find the alleged time machine.
After it all went down, another user, who shall remain nameless at this time until the families have been notified, lost his shit completely from the stress of the dreamlike reality he had been lost in turning out to be nothing more than an elaborate plot to entertain him.
As a result, he made efforts to "troll" the thread after the fact and received no satisfaction. In an irate conundrum of sorts, he decided to create his own thread in retaliation and attempt to draw the creative writer back out of his hole in the hopes that he could drive him into his own fantasy world and at the last minute dash his hopes and declare it all to be fiction, leaving the creative writer devastated emotionally and giving him, and I quote, "A taste of his own medicine."
The scene erupted, according to moderators at the website, within the last week, and culminated with an all out thread war...the details of which are shocking.
A source on the scene had this to say about it.
"I come here to read about vaccines and Fauci and stuff, you know...conspiracies...but I just got sucked into this time travel stuff and next thing I know...well, the lines between fantasy and reality got blurred and it was all kind of exciting at first, but then there was this all out thread war and everybody at GLP got sucked in. People started using naughty words and the trolling got really intense...you had to be there...All I can say is that I'm glad I used a burner phone and an anonymous IP through a proxy server and only posted once as an anonymous coward, a term we use for people who value their privacy. Anyways, I hope everyone is okay now, but it got a little dicey their for a minute, ya know. I think I'm just gonna chill with Netflix or watch some youtube SNL videos from now on. I watched that VAXX 2 movie and I'm starting to see spiders crawling out of the light sockets in my living room. I haven't been this heeby jeebied since that Jeremy song came out in 1992 or something and for a second I thought the character in the video was a guy we used to beat up in elementary school. I was really scared, ya know."
