IMO given the fact the defense theory is that Brown was set up and that he was not only often present in the boys house but was present after the murder occurred,that the boys DNA found on Brown is not indicative of guilt. It supports the theory he was set up. They found Cash's blood in the bathroom of that house on a tissue paper. That could have been used to transfer Cash's' blood to Browns clothing , or he could have just gotten it on him by being in the murder house. [/quote]
