[quote:Augmentalist:MV80ODg2NDY4Xzg5MjY0MzAwX0MzRTlFRjdD] [quote:GLPtard143:MV80ODg2NDY4Xzg5MjYxODM0X0Q0MjI2Nzc1] I noticed something - I have been taking Durvet brand Ivermectin both liquid and gel. The liquid for cows tastes very bitter and the horse gel needs flavor to conceal the bitterness. I recently got a human prescription for prophylaxis. I picked it up from a CVS pharmacy. It looks like a generic brand.. I thought to myself let me taste the human generic brand form to see if it is bitter like the Durvet. I let the pill dissolve in my mouth - it had a consistency like toilet paper pressed into a pill and it dissolved and had absolutely no taste ! I don’t think it would be possible to conceal a taste like that. I conclude that it’s a placebo! What you think?
Ivermectin itself is only 2% of the quantity of those pastes and gels. It is probably tasteless.
I took this and can attest that this is the information that came in the package of pills.
I found the most interesting bit of information in it - that taking it with a high-fat meal increases bioavailability by 2.5 times - so... they say take it on an empty stomach, with water. They also say that ivermectin is not soluble in water... but is in alcohol. So it must be in fat as well... since it increases bioabailability, you would think so??
