Putting the puzzle pieces together, here's what I see. I'm sure I don't see all of it. Someone probably has something to add.
The experimental jabs are part of a kind of calibration process that will be factored into what they hope is their main event, the roll-out of the final product (along with some depop along the way as a bonus).
The "PCR test" is more important to them than you might think. The ultimate purpose of it isn't to test for the presence of a viral pathogen. We know the testing aspect is nonsense - CDC blatantly said as much. Likely, its primary purpose is to capture your DNA, and possibly also to measure or identify the unique interaction between your specific genetic make-up and/or cells, and the delivery systems present in the jabs. If they aren't saving your DNA now, don't be surprised if they start to in the near future, maybe after December.
The goal for the inject-able material is for it to serve as a biotech platform that will support processes that can be used to key-into and manipulate an individual's unique biology, biochemistry and brain, remotely, and provide feedback.
It could be used within the domain of race, or "race-specific", but ultimately it goes all the way down to the individual, based on your specific genetic make-up.
Dystopic scenarios include sterility, deafness, muteness, or some other condition, as punishment for some kind of "misbehaviour". All humans ruled by an overmind, a default hive mind, but with digitally malleable personalities or multiple personalities. Basically soulless.
Livestock are marked (branded). They want to change humans to be something like an insect. Something wants you to be its drone/worker, and it wants to be your queen.
