You fucking throw your life away shooting an unknown target through a wall....sheeeet, if you're gonna do that, how about aim for better targets.
She saw her target, it moved she tracked it and hit it, maybe you just suck.
Exactly ^^^ I can't see the downside. Trespassing peeping Tom DOA. There's a lot of Peeping Toms and their sympathizers here.
LOL I don't think someone should die for being a peeping tom. My husband told me he "peeped" on me when we were teenagers. BUT I'm actually tring to spare you fucktards some potential prison time. "SELF-DEFENSE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS A critical element of the castle doctrine in Texas is your ability to claim self-defense, which makes it important to understand what constitutes self-defense. In Texas, you are allowed to defend yourself with the use of force against someone else if you reasonably believe that the force in question is necessary to protect yourself from the other person’s attempted or actual use of unlawful violence. If the force you use reaches the level of deadly force, one of the following must apply for it to be considered self-defense: You were in the process of being kidnapped (or you were kidnapped). You credibly believed that the person whom you used deadly force against was attempting to rob, murder, kidnap, or sexually assault you. You knew that the person whom you used deadly force against entered your home, business, or vehicle unlawfully and by force. ... HOW DO I PROVE SELF-DEFENSE? The burden of proving self-defense is entirely on you (as the defendant). There is no free pass when it comes to self-defense in the State of Texas. This flips the burden of proof in the criminal process from being solely on the prosecution to being squarely on you. https://www.brettpritchardlaw.com/blog/2021/march/the-castle-doctrine-in-the-state-of-texas/
A Texas woman fired a rifle through the wall of her home Friday, killing a man who had allegedly been peeping into her window, police said.
"There was an adult female that was in one of the bedrooms who observed him looking into her window. She was in fear. She had a rifle. She shot numerous times through the wall, ending up striking the male. The male ran a little ways and passed out over here. He is dead on the scene," Houston police Lt. R. Willkens told reporters who arrived outside the house Friday night. "We're being told it was a peeping Tom."..
