I am just saying that shooting someone at 11 pm through a wall who is outside is a bad idea. Unless they are smashing the side of your house with an ax, there is no way to know who you are killing. It could be your neighbor's buddy playing a prank and he got the wrong house. You don't know.
prowling around houses at night is not only extremely stupid i a heavily armed area, it's also a crime. The piece of shit got what he deserved. Don't do dumb shit and then get all butthurt because you got shot doing it
I agree it's really stupid and I would definitely draw my gun if inside the house. I am also not putting down eliminated perverts. What I am saying is, you really don't want to kill someone legally unless you can prove they are an immediate threat. You also don't want to live with killing some down syndrome kid. We had this down syndrome kid that would wander the neighborhood. He was totally harmless but would wander into peoples yards and stuff. If someone like that had gotten lost at night on a walk or something, I would not want to live with having lit his ass up through a wall. Now if they smash the window or are trying to gain entry, that is a different story. Once they are trying to forcefully gain entry, light em up, but I think this had not escalated to an use of deadly force justification.
Wow, that really sucks that this woman killed an autistic kid with down syndrome who was just lost and accidently looking through her window in the dark.. A Texas woman fired a rifle through the wall of her home Friday, killing a man who had allegedly been peeping into her window, police said.
"There was an adult female that was in one of the bedrooms who observed him looking into her window. She was in fear. She had a rifle. She shot numerous times through the wall, ending up striking the male. The male ran a little ways and passed out over here. He is dead on the scene," Houston police Lt. R. Willkens told reporters who arrived outside the house Friday night. "We're being told it was a peeping Tom."..
