[quote:Anonymous Coward 80817109:MV80OTA4MzU5Xzg5NjU2NDkyX0ZEQUVGRTBG] Its not just vaccine refusal its nursing workload and overtime with very little time off approved. The majority of doctors are vaccinated, but getting fired and replaced with NP/PA to save money. This isn't just a healthcare problem companies are piling on duties burning out employees in every field just to save money. If businesses want slaves they better start using robots and automate every thing. [/quote]

"While the majority of OGH's 840 employees are on record as being vaccinated (68 percent), there are still more than 250 employees who have chosen to decline vaccination, enough to push the hospital into a disaster status, should these employees elect to leave the organization as a result of the mandate. These are employees from nearly every department across the organization, including nursing, who have thus far declined vaccination. This situation is playing out not only here in the Southern Tier, but across New York state."
