Look at text at the very edge of blur, relax, blink. It clears up. For every 20 minutes of screen time break your stare, look in the distance for 20 full seconds. Long walks outdoors. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ER5UNwmjafc
I just watched part of the auto suggested video after the one you posted.. He was talking about eye exercises. So, I tried looking at something that was blurry about 8 feet away and crossed/uncrossed my eyes a couple of times. My right eye actually focused correctly for a split second! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KhpKPn0gYc
This works wonders for me. Im 58 now and stopped wearing reading glasses several years ago after learning an exercise while developing my meditation skills. Simply sit and cross your eyes about half way and keep them relaxed in an unfocused way... it's takes alot of concentration to intentionally stay unfocused in your vision. After a few minutes you will notice that your brain starts to see things different in front of you... as you start to blend both eye's on the own, not focusing them into a point.... If successful, you will start to see 3D ish, kind of things... if you go into a meditative state then you may see hologram types of scenes overlayed in front of your regular vision. After discovering this meditation technique i realized I had been exercising my eye's in a different way and ended up having 20.15 vision when I had them checked out a few months later. And for anyone interested, it's kind of a sacred geometry exercise with regards to the vesica pisces. Each eye represents a 'circle' of vision'....side by side... when you cross your eyes, cross your vision so that both eyes overlap to the center.... that makes a vesica pisces range of vision.... both eye's seeing individually at the same time, overlapping, making a third and new focal point... the combination of 2 overlapping visual ranges, creating a 'third'. In that 'third' area, when the brain syncs up to that new 'focus' you will see things you don't normally do with regular focus. Besides, that, yes... it will heal your vision.
I turned 43 this year and all year I had this feeling something might be going wrong in my right eye. I racked it up to poor sleep or something and ignored it.
But I just ran an errand and compared road signs between my right and left eye as I was driving. It's looking like I'm near sighted in my right eye. Things appear to start getting blurry at about 8 feet away.
I can't remember the last time I had any kind of eye exam or vision test. Probably when I got my driver's license.
Are there any natural solutions to restore waning vision?
