[quote:Anonymous Coward 80734293:MV80OTE5MDkyXzg5ODgyMzgwXzg3RjEwOTQy] Federal Election Law needs to be revised. Voting Rolls need to be cleaned up no later than 30 days before presidential election early voting begins. All voting machines will be basic scan and tabulate of paper ballots with no manual data capabilities except input from the precinct election supervisor. Absentee ballots should be limited only to service members and foreign workers away on assignment- such ballots need to be tabulated prior to election day with results calculated before in-person voting begins. On election night, the vote tabulation does not STOP until 100% of precincts are tabulated and a winner is projected. Providing the below is satisfied. New outlets are prohibited from projecting a winner until the secretary of state for that state confirms all polls are closed after each precinct supervisor submits batch totals and the projected winner is ahead by more than 1% of the vote. In presidential elections with less than 1%, lead an immediate mandatory hand recount, batch matching, absentee ballot validation, needs to be performed before the winner is projected. [/quote]

Okay first know that I don't actually think that it is likely the election will be overturned.
Arizona will not decertify and even if they did it would mean nothing in the scheme of things.
Now for my Hopium™
The goal of AZ was to set a sort of standard as well as a precedent.
Why would the energy and focus on the election audits focus on the "cleanest" state (Boris Epsteyn and Bannon's words)? Was it to get Arizona to decertify? Let me submit that possibly the goal may have been for this audit to serve as a foot-in-the-door, and a model for other states to follow.
The benefit of starting with AZ as the model? Being the "cleanest" state it was unlikely that there would be discovered massive, results-altering voter fraud. However, there were shown many many systemic issues relating to Dominion and the handling of the machines especially leading up to the audit.
The fact that the audit showed that Biden won caused the mainstream and establishment figures to accept the legitimacy of the audit, and therefore it's structure and processes.
The fact that the results confirmed Biden in this instance let's people know that this isn't some exercise in subverting election results, and the Dominion fuckery let's other states know there are good reasons to audit their own elections.
The push for audits in other states is growing and I'm hoping that that was the whole point of AZ.
