[quote:TXP:MV80OTMwMzYxXzkwMTIyNDc5XzIxRERFNEY4] [quote:Anonymous Coward 79144438:MV80OTMwMzYxXzkwMTIxNDMzX0I3RDE2NzBD] [quote:TXP:MV80OTMwMzYxXzkwMTIxMjg1X0I5Q0I2NzQw] ASPDS know exactly who they are, mostly operate in objective reality (not all) and believe they are entitled to use, abuse, steal, harm and otherwise shove their crap onto you to satify their desires for apex predator power and control because, well, 'honey badger just don't give a damn'. Each is characterized with a deficiency in, or total lack of, the full traits of humanity, namely empathy.
But so-called empathy that hasn't been distorted, corrupted or fethishized. For example, Adolf Hitler was a big supporter of animal rights. His regime even enacted laws that required German restaurants handle and prepare lobsters in a supposedly humane manner. Okay, there's nothing wrong with having a big heart for Lassie, Bambi, Fido, Simba, Thumper, Mr Ed, etc. But when "empathy" like that reaches a BLM/GLBT-level of absurdity, there is something very, very wrong with such emotions.
I'm not sure I follow your statements. There are scholarly texts presenting behavioral evidence of Hitler having BPD, which is characterized by disruption in the emotional centers. Interestingly, the co-morbidity of BPD and ASPD is the most dangerous of all disorder conditions. Clinical research shows they are 25% more dangerous than a person with an isolated ASPD diagnosis. And, it makes sense because it's the combo of uncontrollable emotions (BPD, mid brain disruptions), which replaces rational thinking and leads to uncontrolled impulses and uncontrolled behavior, and a lack of empathy (ASPD, which includes structural frontal lobe deficiencies). The BPD also has perceptual disruptions whereby they create fantasy, believe it is fact, demand compliance from others, paint you as the enemy (split you black) and spend the rest of their days attempting to destroy you (revenge obsession). If you've ever experienced the white hot rage of a borderline with ASPD traits, you'll understand. In a split second, they physically transform in front of you, and you wonder what exactly is keeping them from killing you. It's that monstrous. But I digress from the topic of empathy. Concerning Hilter's "empathy" for animals, I'm left to wonder if it was real empathy or, perhaps, a conviction (decision) that animals are good and should be protected because, perhaps, a pet/animal was his reliable companion in a tumultuous childhood. A decision based on experience like that doesn't require empathy. Scholars and others will be dissecting Hilter's behavior and mental health for centuries to follow, and, yet, we'll simply never know outside of speculation and educated guesses. :chuckle: .
