But my brother in Germany has a good friend who works in Charity hospital, according to him one of the best hospitals in Germany, and this friend confirms it that "nearly everybody in ICU is unvaccinated", so i can't imagine a scenario how to explain this.

Germany is not USA, Australia or even Indonesia / china. No vax passports and requirements, according to him. Germans analytic minds are also not easily fooled by fake news.
