[quote:GooPile:MV80OTYxOTEzXzkwNzYzMTIzX0JGMUQ4M0M3] "Express malice involves an intent to kill. Implied malice is when the there is “no considerable provocation” and the circumstances of the killing “show an abandoned and malignant heart,” which essentially means the person has acted with extreme recklessness even if there was no intent to kill, said Georgia State University law professor Russell Covey." So he had a malignant heart from having the gun taken away from him? I would like to hear more definition to understand how the hell this jury concluded on that charge. Should have known they would convict him of everything because he is ginger and ugly incel-y, with a majority of the jury being women. Ditto the guy with the camera. Felony murder for the guy with the camera? Unbelievable on those two counts. [/quote]

I know this is not drawing the attention that Rittenhouse did, but this case has the potential to spark wide reaching riots due to the racial issue.
Anyway, the jury is in deliberations.
