Let's discuss the merits of both models, using actual evidence and counter evidence. Im perfectly fine to believe either, as long as it is the truth. First and foremost, all supposed pictures of the Earth of space, are admittedly (by those that created the images) photoshopped. Lets start here and see where we go.
there is no discussion.. cold space makes planets and suns with hot cores into spheres... this ought to be EASY.
Oblate spheroid.
Why would they lie about that? Clearly every globe model on every desk in school and elsewhere shows a perfectly round sphere. Every model produced by NASA fake photography shows it perfectly round. It's not as if manufacturers couldn't produce oblate spheroids for classrooms, or NASA alter it's current fakery to show it with a flat top and bottom. Which is why it's a cop out. That shape allows for there to be flat surfaces...just at the very top and bottom, though. But, that forces all the pot-bellied middle to be even steeper in the land masses and oceans we know of that just isn't so. Kansas, as all states have been, was surveyed. It turns out it's the most completely flat of all the States. No curvature rising or falling, at all. None of the lakes and ponds have curvature. And if you could rise above the pitch and yaw of the oceans without water vapor obscuring the view, you could see across that they, too are flat bodies of water.
