LOL. [/quote] I went off MEAT because of the abuse and additive to is that made stir frying impossible. I do consume 3 eggs a day and I eat cheese and yogurt.. You can just shut the fuck up at me.. ok. You think meat is ok as it is done today.. no. I eat a decent diet for MY BODY... and did you know that christ Jesus himself recommends supplements.. Every neat suit varies... and my suit of meat requires also magnesium and Potassium supplementation that I cannot obtain adequately in food. I do take fish oil and a high DHA fish oil. [/quote]
