[quote:StayCurious:MV81MDEyMDcwXzkxNzcxNDcxXzg1ODczNUVC] [quote:Raerae:MV81MDEyMDcwXzkxNzY2ODQ0Xzc3NkQ3QUNB] I've dealt with ouija boards personally and for me this is a hard no. I've always been and am still very interested in the paranormal and occult but after playing with one of these as a teenager I never will again. Doors are opened you cannot close. If you do you are lucky. Something attached itself to me for decades. I had to call in a team that had a demonologist to clear my house and I honestly think it still lingers in the shadows. If you have it you will eventually play it. Your curiosity will get the better of you. I played w my best friend and we laughed when it moved thinking the other was moving it even though we swore we were not. One way I could think to prove it worked. I stayed on, she got off the board. She sat behind me and I told her to ask a question I wouldn't know the answer to. So she asks, "when did my papa die?" It spells out April 6. I sat there looking at the board and said to her, "Julia, that's your bday...?" When I turned to face her she had tears rolling down her face and said yes, he died on my bday. We were done. Never again.
Dave Mustaine of Megadeth has said something very similar. He believed that those things that he communicated with ended up causing him all kinds of drug problems. It's a power I've always been too afraid of to play with. I don't like messing with potentially dangerous things that I do not understand well.
I'm thinking about buying a fancy, all wood Ouija Board and hanging it on my wall. Just for the swanky antique look & feel of it.
For the Christians who object and believe this stuff is real (which it might be, dunno): if I don't use it, nothing bad can happen, right?
I mean, what's the worst that can happen? It falls off and I have to re-pin it. If you object, state why. Thanks!
