WHO is the "big boss" regarding these chem trails? And just WHO is flying these planes that are spewing these chem trails?

Last week, in the morning, i was walking to the store, and i saw countless planes, ond after the other, and many at tgd same time, spewing these chem trails.

It was actually "hiding" the sun.
