If you somehow believe you going to get an airplane in exchange for a 5 to 600 hundred dollar package you have lost your mind. And frankly, a Baker Act should be filed against you whereas they remove any weapons you currently own or possess and prevent you from purchasing another one. Your insane ranting post here will be used against you so keep going…please
Another gen-z/millennial retard speaks out his/her/its ass. First off, “bro”, as soon as you pay for it, IT’S YOUR PROPERTY, as the payment effectuated immediate transfer. The carrier is merely bringing YOUR OWN PROPERTY to you. They have a BAILMENT, a responsibility, to deliver YOUR PROPERTY to YOU. If they fail to deliver YOUR PROPERTY, they are liable. Btw, all caps MEANS I’M YELLING AT YOU, ON PURPOSE. Now, go fetal and suck your thumb.
As someone who has had to deal with lost or damaged packages, the shipper is the party that has standing with the shipping company. You can yell yourself blue but UPS and FedEx won't give you the time of day until the shipper gets involved. I used to work in the purchasing department of a hospital and had to deal with this situation again and again.
Standing, yes, as far as the carrier is involved, but the goods are nevertheless your property as soon as payment is rendered.
On this point I agree. The exchange of money for a good or service is a contract between yourself and the vendor. If the package disappears then the vendor needs to follow through. And it will be vendors that need to bring action against carriers to get their product to you.
Who the guck do these assholes think they are? You can't go around seizing people's private property and destroying it you are the carrier and it doesn't make the property you're carrying yours but you are a responsible for the condition of it I know that if you destroyed any of my property I would sue the f*** out of you and own one of those pretty big airplanes
