Banks and insurance have designed the markets so you can't pay cash for a house or car. So then you have to pay a vig to schloomos cousin because the house or car is bank owned. Go back to Israel you fucking jeww rat.
I paid cash for my house and my car Once again, more pure bullshit lies from the low IQ vermin that crawl through the gutters of glp
So you either live in a shithole part of the county or you inherited wealth. Here in reality, most of us little people need a 30 year loan just to get in a home. I'm as frugal as they come and make above the average salary but I still needed a 15 year loan. Now seriously, stop replying and making a stupid asshole out of yourself.
Wrong I live in a very nice place and I wasn’t born into money. Received $0 inheritance. I’ve owned a business for 15 years, don’t live luxurious lifestyle and I am educated in these areas. So, I was able to buy a house cash about 10 years ago and it’s more than tripled in value since. Say you want to buy a house. Should only people that have enough cash be able to buy?
If you don’t like fiat or crypto, do you think everyone should have hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of PM in their homes? I go to buy a house and I need $500,000 worth of gold and I am just going to hand it all to the seller? Who is then going to just trust it’s all real gold?
If you don’t believe in lending and interest, are you a commie that wants other people’s money for nothing? Why should a random stranger give you their money to use for free?
Seems like there is a segment of people who are anti anything financial (because they are financially illiterate) yet don’t have any realistic solutions on how things would work otherwise.
