I hated edges, I have an inner ear imbalance that makes me unfit for dealing with heights these days. A 'healthy fear' didn't occur to these people. A lack of fear that arises from self-knowledge of ones abilities, is much better then fear really.
can confirm
Confirm what? A split second mistake leaves you screaming all the way down while you question your life choices until your body explodes like a watermelon when it meets the pavement below.
let’s take your argument to the extreme technically, you should be afraid of walking near a mirror. one slip and you could crash, falling into broken glass and cut an artery now, the reason *you* don’t have this fear, is because you are confident you know how to walk some people are confident enough in their balance, they perceive this as a similar threat. the world wouldn’t function without people lacking this fear; skyscrapers, radio towers, fire watchers... these people provide a security those with this fear cannot provide you should be thankful for their existence. you should find it cool that someone has belief in their body and skill enough to put themselves in harms way for your sake. don’t be so selfish and judgmental op, be thankful on this day
