They are better quality and not expensive, in the office most of the men here wear them and the women get the dickies work pants and wear them too. Dickies makes alot of good office clothing ..coats and jackets are popular too.
Yes, the police took a Walmart receipt with a Dickies tag, could be for the shoes or the clothes Now we know Dickies has diamond sole shoes like Vans The PCA said Van like shoes
But they aren't similar at all, 2 totally different patterns on the shoes.
The PCA states The detected shoeprint showed a diamond-shaped pattern (similar to the pattern of a Van type sole)just outsidethedoorof bedroom Similar not exact
With all the people in and out of the house, unless they found the exact shoe that matches the print found down to something irregular like a rock or something caught in the tread it would be a nothing burger. There is a pic of Dylan wearing Vans type shoes and her feet are on the larger side. There is no doubt she was walking around in there so there is a good chance the print was hers or one of the "cleaners" she summoned over that morning. Unless they have lots more evidence they are holding in secret, I do not see how they can really justify the charges they have in Brian at the moment. An honest judge may grant a motion to dismiss on lack of evidence. If it goes to court with what they have and with an honest jury, he will walk free. He may have done it but he is also smart enough to not make some of the mistakes they are saying he did, like leave the sheath there and not just leave his phone at home. He does not appear to be the type person addicted to their phone and feels naked in public without it. He would know turning the phone off and back on would raise a red flag, not enough to convict him but sill raise flag that need not be raised and easily avoided.
We won’t know what they have until the trial, we’ve only been given a very small inkling, I hope lol or your right, there is not enough
Unfortunately, imo it is not just a small inkling, it is what they have. If they had something better they would not use an unidentified white car and pings that totally contradict other pings where he was pinging but not in the area, they spent alot of time focusing on the unidentified white sedan where the driver is unidentified and the unidentified white sedan was never at the house, it drove by it. Honestly I can't believe a judge approved any of this.
A PCA is to just show enough information “Probable Cause” It’s not to try the case and give all your evidence
You know, I hear alot of people saying that but it is completely wrong. There is supposed to be enough evidence to convince a judge to take away your freedoms. This is exactly what is presented to the judge. The next hearing is regarding the probable cause affidavit, if it is lacking or misinformation on it then guess what, he walks. By time the arrest is made they should have substantial evidence that proves thus person did it, again your taking away someone's freedoms on a pca based on hearsay...This will be impossible to move forward to trial. Again no law enforcement is going to withhold anything provable, they will included it 100 percent for this reason.
The judge doesn’t take away your freedoms You stand trial and a jury decides your guilt or innocence
Oh really what do you consider sitting in jail with no bail... doesn't sound free to me. A jury trial only comes if the preliminary hearing for the probable cause is justified, if not, game over, charges dismissed.
