Bullshit. I bet he was addicted to drugs.
And I bet your IQ is extemely low. Both are assumptions that might be true but doesn't neccessarily mean it is. The sheriff department knew the man had mental issues prior to his arrest. The arrest centered around his mental issues. It clearly stated that in the article. The whole reasoning for them putting him into solitiary was due to his mental issues. He was not eating because he didnt like the food. He originally was arrested healthly. All facts point to that. I believe it said he weighed 182lbs. He only had mental issues. The facility used turnkey medical physicians and nurses, one being a psychiotrist. The man stopped taking his medication. Instead of seeing him, talking to him and/or changing his medication, the psychiotrist just stopped writing any medication. The entire time the psychiotrist made no effort to see him or treat his mental illness. When the guy became worried himself over the weight lose, he twice requested via a nurse to see a doctor. Both times it fell on deaf ears. If I had to guess, just like the psycho., the doctor, and the nurse, the other staff started neglecting him even the basics. It all ran downhill. He died of dehydration from a staff unsuited to handle his degree of unstableness. Worst of all, a medical staff who just didnt give a shit and the catalyst for this man's death. Think about it. No one saw him. Nobody. The County, the Turnkey Medical Company, and everyone involve needs to bleed, and it needs to be as dark [s]green[/s] as it can possibly be.
You misspelled “red”.
