Original Message The issue is significant.

Because of the simple scripture understanding about this very important grace.

Especially because last 300 years that English decided it was lingua franca.

The English name Jesus is a transliteration from the Latin which is a transliteration from the Greek.

Joshua is translation of His Name in English.

The KJV originally had not the transliteration Jesus for example.

Even Joshua does not do justice to His Name as the pronunciation/sound of His Name does not have the j sound in it.

Scripture is very plain clear and simple.

His Name is very important. Not the translation or transliterations.

In this age of instant communication the Truth of Him and His Name is readily available to all.
