[quote:floydian slip:MV82MjIxNzZfOTQ3NzY3NV8yREEwRUU1Qg==] [quote:RHSC 493346] Tuna packed in oil stores longer than tuna packed in water. I've never purchased Mountain House's prepared entrees (because I don't want MSG in my food if possible), but I've purchased the freeze dried meats and I've been happy with my purchase.
thanks :)
and eaten it?
I bought some after cleaning out my cupboard the other day and found out that I had stuff on my shelves that expired in 2003.
Its hard to rotate canned goods when you are single.
I did find out that the tuna which expired in 2006 is still good tho.
I thought to myself, what a shame that I wasted a bunch of food. Never again!!
The #10 cans have an expiration date of 2033 :)
