During this time (from age 8 to 12), I developed an overwhelming interest in the occult, and I dabbled in all sorts of dumb stuff like ouija boards, table tapping, seances, etc, usually dragging my unsuspecting friends into it. Where the hell were my parents, you ask? That's a whole different rant...
Same. I've had a number of people consider me to be the p-word but I do not believe in psychic phenomena. I basically am compiling information and making extremely good guesses. I was curious about this as well as the occult stuff that I recalled dabbling with (had tarot, various books on witchcraft including herbal lore and etc) that I had messed around with myself when I was younger. Even my mother apparently remembered this as she recently bought me a Tarot deck (she's been giving me secondhand things from my youth over the last few years as I've been remembering things). Anyways, I recalled doing the card tests as school and figured that had to be TAG. Others recalled that as well so I went on a hunt and found that there was a special subprogram within the gifted program that dealt with the paranormal and occult. Part of it apparently included being taught to essentially give people the impression that they have just witnessed ESP. There were several newspaper articles about this that I posted somewhere on this thread. Took place in the early 80s, I believe. Hope this helps you.
Were you ever removed, many times, from your regular class for "testing"?
Were you shown a series of high speed images on a television, not once, but many times?
Was the school psychologist selectively interested in you?
