The problem is you people take what people like me say and twist it around.

We say something like "It is the natural reaction of the oppressed to fight off the oppressors in any means they deem necessary...to include massacring civilians."

You take that statement to mean that we support Islamic radicals because they are oppressed and thus we have sympathy for them. You may even think that we simply think that the US is the bad guy and Islam is actually the good guy.

Not true. As oppressive and disgusting the U.S. is...I sure as hell do not want this country to be run by the tyranny of Islam. All organized religions are a lie...duh. And all religions are quite violent. Christian nations have done their fair share of massacres, so have the Muslims.

The whole world is simply a bloody fricken mess. People here are arguing too much in the details. Broaden it out a bit. I know what human beings are capable of doing to each other once the constraints of society are lifted (such as a warzone where one will simply call an execution of an entire family collateral damage).

But frankly you must put your anger aside. Trust me it is HARD...i still have problems with trying to think without anger.

You must realize that not all insurgents are fighting for the same reason. Some are simply radical dipshits while others choose to fight with them because U.S. troops entered their home on a night raid and shot unarmed and innocent people. What would you do if a soldier shot your wife who was pregnant with child dead? You would want to kill anyone wearing that fucking uniform!

Now my sympathy is only that in words and in my mind. When I'm there with my rifle...and ANYONE seeks to harm me (Even if it be for a legitimate reason) I will do my best to kill them and stay alive. That is the sucky thing about war. The people you are fighting are just people...nothing more and nothing less than you...but on another side. Sure we try to dehumanize them by saying racial stuff like "They are just Arabs...fricken savages." but really they are not animals. They are humans...just like you.

You must realize that there is only one goal of Muslims, and that is to eradicate with violence, all non Muslims.
There is nothing to be angry about. All other people will let them be if they let others be. They won't. So eradication of Islam is the only answer for non-Muslims.

Although religion does play a big part in what shapes someone, in this case into a violent killer...but its not just that.

Anyone is capable of it. Back in the 50s with the Brown v. Board of Education ruling...it was White people gunning for black people. Soccer moms would have killed 16 year old kids at Little Rock if they didn't escape those first few attempts before the 101st airborne came. If they did they would have thought nothing of it...probably would have warmed their soul and they would have high fived their buddies saying, "Look, I bagged me a bye bye."

but some of those people who were so capable of killing blacks then changed over the years and realized they were wrong. Normal people...good people...but very capable of brutally murdering people due to messed up fundamental beliefs in their brains.


The worst is when you see good people go to war and be capable of such disgusting acts. My dad found photos of my grandpa in WW2 playing the corpses of villagers they killed. Grandpa sees them looking at it and takes them all away...never to be seen again.

A loving husband and father...joins the Army to fight for his family and his country...ends up capable of executing a young insurgent who surrenders to the Unit (during a point of the day where they werent actively in a fire fight). And he thinks nothing of it.

That was just personal experiences but i've read about far worse. Entire families being gunned down by our so called elite "Special Forces"...I guess it takes a really highly trained and skilled warrior to knock down a door in the middle of the night and shoot unarmed, innocent families just because they were having a party that night to celebrate a birth.

and it all goes under the rug...even if exposed to the public. Simply casualties of war...collateral damage...blah blah blah.

I learned I can't post a video on this thread but youtube has hundreds of videos showing what the US military is capable of and it is not handing candy out to children

The US created a hornets nest over in Iraq/ Afghanistan and is not meeting their objectives. If the US invaded Canada of course I would defend my country. The US kills women and children with the predictor unmanned craft. The US is in desperate mode now but 'as I have said 5 years ago', the win for the US will not come. God sides with the underdog...
