Did Lucifer - the angel who was cast out of heaven - create Satan and the demons?

...something that came to mind: Lucifer was apparently a high ranking angel within the Anunnaki hierarchy, but, according to the story, he rebelled against 'God' and descended to Earth. This is the angel who turned evil - supposedly. People make the mistake that Satan and Lucifer are the same being, but they aren't. This is a common mistake; Lucifer allegedly arrived here first.

Anyway, maybe this guy Lucifer was the fellah responsible for creating the reptilian race, and all the other strange creatures of myth? Maybe he wanted to create an army to fight the Anunnaki elder Gods who came looking for him? So, when Lucifer and his group of rebels arrived here, they may have started tinkering with dinosaur/reptile genetics and thus brought forth the reptilian race? Maybe the horned dragon God - known as Satan - was created by Lucifer, and he was put in charge of the Draconian/reptilian armies?
