Ok, I have family and friends all still in the business. Now, like any family some have come from tougher backgrounds, but some did not have it at all the way you are saying and still do projects from Daytime Soaps to movies to albums to television.

I am sorry too that you have had a rough childhood, but you can get help for that. Learning the arts is more than your background. Different skills sets work well with certain people and not well with certain people pending on their mind set.

People born to act? That doesn't sound right to me. The mere idea of acting is to put yourself in somebody's else's shoes and read a script. In the process of doing that you lose sense of yourself, in fact most acting coaches want you to lose yourself in the moment to become the character!

Many actor's and actresses go to great lengths to make their roles seem believable. They will lose/gain weight, cut off their hair, wear makeup and props to make themselves look entirely different, and do whatever it takes to get the role and win a movie award.

Acting allows you be easily manipulated, you become a puppet, for anyone who want's to see you as a different character. I guess the best actors and actresses know how to manage their lifes off screen, but in most cases they all seem to live troubled lifes and end up OD'ing, especially childhood movie stars. Why do you think that is? It's because acting is used as a mind control mechanism!

For every "famous star" there are a thousand unknowns who have more talent but do not have the above mentioned criteria.

people with real talent are good people...hence incompatible with the system.

I have seen many actors and musicians learn the craft/art of their choosing even people in radio, but there is something that you can JUST NOT TEACH and it is called NATURAL TALENT.

I have seen people get degrees in screenwriting, music composition, drama and on and on and again, so may know the rules and skills, but will never "HAVE" it.

Those that HAVE it are usually born with it or discover it, but do not LEARN it. You can improve your skills and talents but again, I can teach you EVERYTHING about drums and percussion and you still may never be able to carry a beat.

I can teach you body language that actors SHOULD be aware of and yet people still screw it up.

You can come from any background and still have or not have talent.
