I disagree with that. I have been with guys who like to snuggle. Just because you don't doesn't mean all men don't. You don't speak for the entire male gender.

Why do you ASSUME everyone is the same OP?

Perhaps the "MEN" that do not snuggle have their own issues? Perhaps they have a FEAR of getting close? Maybe they were not loved enough as a child?

Not everyone is the same and while some men AND women are going to be more open to touching, caressing, loving, hugging or snuggling as you call it, others will not.

Some also may respond better to certain stimuli? For example, many men do enjoy the closeness of a loved one, but will at times STILL need to NOT be touched pending on the emotional state or the state of the relationship itself.

As every person is different and every couple is different it will do NO GOOD TO ASSUME snuggling or no snuggling is a sign of ANYTHING at all and will do no good to ASSUME everyone acts and/or reacts the same way.

That all being said, why be afraid of human touch? Why be afraid of human interaction? Most animals need reassurance and touching as well..NOT JUST THE HUMANS. Ever see the monkey experiment where one gets a bottle as a parent and the other one gets the warmer version? If you haven't it is very revealing.

Now that I think about it..there is something nice, warm and comforting about having a female lay there with their head on my chest..relaxing, reassuring and in the warmth of that love many times words do not even need to be spoken.
