Thanks for the video Malu. I'm kinda mixed. First thigns first, the Taliban did't take over a U.S. base (as I am sure you know). They moved into what the U.S. left behind and that was not due to a retreat.

This is what happens when a war becomes a battle not of men and bullets but of politics. How many times did we take, abandon, and re-take the same hills in Vietnam? Same thing here. We need to either glass the place or pack it in and come home. We have the ability to win. It is our politicians that do not have the will to win that is the problem. This puts our warriors in the completely unacceptable possition of a politically hamstrung stalemate.

Bring them home. Put our Marines on the Southern U.S. border and around our ports and internatinoal airports. Kill the threats abroad without negotiation hard and fast and then bring them home.
