Phoenix is by the far most dangerous place that I travel to on business.
Here are just a few examples of how bad it is out there.

When you go to 7-11 or Circle K there are armed security guards.

At those same places they lock up the beer cooler with a chain and pad lock after the sunset.

Also after sunset, the McDonalds and Burger Kings close the dining rooms, drive trough only.

The radio stations play ads from ADT home security EVERY commercial break.

That's how bad it is.

There is a town in Colorado that has a lot of them. I had a friend that use to commute from another town close by to work there at a local hospital.

The problem is so bad in this town that is it swarming with gangs and gangland killings. No one will really talk about or try to stop it because....


My friend was almost kidnapped on a nice sunny day from one of the local grocery stores in this town. She stopped in to get something on her way back home--and the hispanic gang tried to take her out of the store!!! They followed her into the store and all through the store. There were 4 of them 2 women and 2 men. She was able to get away luckily.
SHe never stopped anywhere in that town again ; just at her work site.

SHe eventually got another job in the town she actually lived in.

This is a true story. It is a very scary place.

Makes sense I suppose,illegal aliens might be disproportionately represented by outstanding homicide/felony warrants in LA and elsewhere because they are most likely to flee the jurisdiction before their cases are adjudicated then legal residents are (not necessarily because they commit a far greater share of crimes)

Lets face it,if your accused of a crime in LA or elsewhere in the US and you have no ties (citizenship,mortgage,steady job,family,history)to the community,the easiest out is to just run back to Mexico,Nicaragua,etc.

Would explain the high percentages I think.
