Quoting: XareI work as a Sous Chef and my goal is to have my own restaurant eventually. You get a special feeling when you take raw material and through the skill of your own hands turn it into something great that can be enjoyed by others. Would you like to try some Hemp Ragout ? :) Yep. Artistry and creation comes in many shapes and forms. I'll try your Hemp Ragout anytime. I'm one of those types of people that smell the spices while I'm cooking and say this will go with this because it smells right. I can never make the same thing twice. User ID: 385114 United States 04/30/2010 01:05 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What motivates me? Hmmm...perfection, completion, creativity, constant seeking to understand and/or know more as well as the ability to be needed or useful (typical for most men). Matter of fact, when I left retail management to take care of my grandfather it was hard to watch him slip away and see how frustrating it must be to NOT feel useful (especially if you are someone that spent your entire life as a carpenter). I would say daily or yearly I am result oriented and without some sign of results I lose all motivation. |
