Re: Squirrels....
Squirrels will also strip your fruit trees faster than a dog can trot. They love peaches, apricots, plums, cherries, you name it. If you want to have a nice little orchard in squirrel country you will have to make a choice between your produce or the squirrels. I have also watched them enjoy my garden. It's amazing - a squirrel can pick an eggplant bigger than he is and run like lighting before you know what hit you.

You can use nests to protect the trees in production, man, You took from them , I am talking about food ! When you made your house they where there first! when we build ,where they live ,we are taking from their space ,THE FOOD. The least thing you can do is let them have something.

AC and all, please don't think I abuse my squirrel friends. I have a friend that has a walnut tree. It's a pain in the ass for him to try and mow when the nuts fall. I always help him rake them up and put them out in my yard for MY guys. Every spring I have walnut trees popping up all over in my yard where the squirrels have buried the nuts and forgot about them.

A biological creature hurled at those volocities would have a high probability of dying or have serious injury leading to death. Its troubling how you could not perceive that yourself.

AC, I'm sure that we have both experienced higher velocities than the squirrel in the vid. And we're both still here aren't we...In my mind, there was no dying or serious injury that took place here...Just one hell of a scary ride.

So you've been catapulted up in the air with a force that would have you landing (unhindered) hundreds of yards away? Now apply that idea and place large oak trees or other solid structures between the catapult and your projected landing spot. GET THE PICTURE!?

But really.. are you getting the picture!

Re: Squirrels....
OP ... you are one sick puppy.

My girlfriend successfully kept squirrels out of her yard and fruit trees with a fun campaign of peeing outside (which is relaxing). She got the family involved and the squirrels have not bothered her in years, and prior to this she never got ONE apricot from her loaded tree.

Use LOVE and intelligence to create win-win outcomes or you will find yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time WTSHTF because you have disconnected from LIFE and now are feeling separate from LIFE, as in "that squirrel is my enemy", which is a kindergarten approach. But even that is wrong to say, for very young children would need to be taught violence against animals, and would not gravitate to this as a solution to a problem (unless they were raised on violent cartoons, which may indeed be the problem)

You see, Wily Coyote just kept coming back, no matter how much he got hurt in the last scene, so you never had to really feel his pain when the anvil fell on his head.

So, my post stating that you must have a problem with your small [member] was deleted; I'm sorry about that, that was rude of me to say that, so I apologize. I was just angry for the promotion of cruelty ... using this video as very low-grade entertainment, like watching dog-fights or cock-fights ... very very very low consciousness.

I still believe that no woman would get off to this kind of cruelty, or enjoy this kind of video, so those who enjoy it may be really expressing their own frustration with the Matrix control systems which desensitizes men to the point where they have to find some kind of relief by watching another part of life suffer abuse, as they feel they must suffer.

Perpetuating the suffering on this planet is NOT the direction any one us wants to be going at this fork in the road of our evolution.

Each one of us has the opportunity with looking at status quo and saying, "how can I make it better?" That is ascension.

It takes a little imagination and a little genius but that is the fun part.

BTW, it was MY suggestion to my girlfriend that she pee outside, and she thanked me profusely when she found it worked.

So there. Pee away, all, and save your crops!

I understand what you are saying. In my mind I don't believe the squirrel was injured in this event. If it was I totally agree with you. But even a cat always lands on it's feet.

I'm having a flash back to early voice chat days when The Guy and some drunk chick were talking about squirrel recipes.

Bacon Wrapped Squirrel
Sent in by Timothy S. Barry.

~ squirrel legs, front or rear, amount depends upon how hungry you are
~ beer
~ garlic powder
~ pepper
~ salt
~ minced onion
~ hickory smoked bacon

Soak the legs in beer for 2 – 3 hours. Remove and drain.

Sprinkle to taste with garlic powder, pepper, salt and the minced onion.

Wrap each leg with bacon. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Place on hot grill. Cook over medium heat until cooked through.

Serve with your favorite sides.

Enjoy.

Squirrel Pizza
Sent in by Glenn Starkey.

~ 18 – 24 squirrel legs
~ 1 large onion, chopped
~ chicken broth
~ 1 jar pizza sauce
~ 1 loaf French bread
~ garlic butter
~ 2 lb’s Monterey jack cheese, divided
~ black pepper

Place squirrel legs in a crockpot. Add the onion and cover with chicken broth.

Cook until tender. Remove and let cool.

Once cool, remove meat from the bones.

Cut bread in half lengthwise and spread liberally with the butter.

Sprinkle both halves with 1 lb of the cheese.

Spread on the meat and sprinkle with pepper.

Spread on the sauce and then the rest of the cheese.

Place on baking sheet and cook at 325 degrees until hot and the cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy.

NO NO NO AC I don't buy it. The G-force was not enough to cause an unconscious state. I do not believe the animal was hurt but just got the shit scared out of it. Like I mentioned earlier, I've got a dozen or so of these guys living in my front yard and if anyone would try and harm them they would have to face my wrath.

Karma can be a bitch. When the creator of that vicious device finds himself flying through the air after a roll over accident, or caught by a tornado just remember, I told you so.

Poor squirrel.

Some loser gets off on baiting a squirrel to enter a catapult and watching it flying across the yard. I'd like to see the inventor get catapulted across the yard and see how he likes it lol.

Actually that thing might not kill the squirrel. I saw one get shot with a shotgun about 30' up in a tree, fall strait down on its back and get up and run away!
