Vicious pecking order battles will ensue among those already assuming they are in control, followed by vicious battles among those wanting to effect a takeover when it is clear that government has collapsed and there will be no repercussions. I predicted this in the past and I´ll predict it again - the way to know where any future incident comes from is where it takes place. We know from global warming that much of florida and the east coast will be underwater and unusable in 100 years. If stuff happens in the places that will likely be useless in the future anyways there would be a good chance it would be a rogue faction of our own government behind it. If it is a place that won´t be lost due to global warming then it´s a better chance it´s a foreign enemy.

Remember also that Cheney had to get a new residence before he could run for vp with george on the ticket because the prez and the vp can´t be residents of the same state. So cheney bought a place in - drum roll - Denver. A lucky coincidence?

Over the last two or three weeks, I have noticed that a lot of significant relocations of military, scientific work, etc. is being transferred to San Antonio. Is that the area of Texas which managed to get the defense research projects from U of Calif. ?

It makes sense. Afterall, it´s not always a good idea to put all your eggs (government agency headquarters) all in one basket (Washington D.C.).

Although it does make communication a lot easier and less prone to interference or disruption in the event of a disaster, unless, of course, that disaster occurs in Washington.
