why should we believe this story at all?

it comes from the government; it might be a cover story to hide the fact that the United States has advanced weaponry, starships, and other tech. What we have, and what we are doing in space more than likely violates international treaties -- but, hey, it is not the U.S. putting weapons in space or abducting people or experimenting on people or frying busloads of folks to death with beam weapons in Iraq --- it is those pesky, little grays. the U.S. would never violate a treaty, right?

i believe that we as a species are just as capable of developing this high-tech stuff as anyone else in the universe. given all the monies that they have stolen from us and the drug profits over the years, we would have the funds to develop all of this, too.

everytime I hear the stories that it is aliens doing these things, I remember Project Paperclip and the alien Nazis and the Japanese biowarfare experts who illegally entered our country with the help of the state department and Kissinger. And, we took in the Russian scientists from their former regime, too. Who I am sure brought in some of their Chinese colleagues. Oh, and Bush, Sr. Iraqi Republican Guard dudes that were brought in, too. We bring lots of aliens that have advanced tech. Anywhere we can get them. especially from people we have captured or beat up with one of our wars.

Ha! People always ask for proof of beings that are spiritual and usually leave no evidence. I find that comical.
Demons throughout history have been known to disguise themselves as many things, animals, humans, monsters, and of course they will do same with alien forms.
Actually you'll find evidence if you look hard enough. If I'm going to spend the time to dig up and list evidences I want paid for my work.
I will say this. Take a random bunch of abduction reports. Some are completely dreamlike and leave no physical evidence. Others do leave evidence in the form of marks, scars, and implants. So the first group appears to have more of a spiritual origin.
