Kids growing up will have little to know aversion to this. Watching how my nieces and nephews have cell phones with them 24/7 and have never known life without a computer around.
It's really the next logical step. People already walk around with bluetooth dongles glued to their ear. If the implant is a simple pain free procedure and many accept it, soon it will be as ubiquitous as the cell phone is now.
