QUESTION : HOW DID TPTB CLOSE DOWN THE PINEAL GLAND THROUGHOUT HISTORY?

It takes all kinds of people to make a world. Very few people will ever even ask themselves these questions in any given lifetime so no need to feel obligated to save the entire race from themselves. But, once a person begins to ponder these things, there will be no way to actually stop them from eventually finding the answer.

More correctly, they want total bliss. But the mind will accept substitutes along the way. Many things can distract the mind and give a feeling of temporary happiness. Just curious to know this because the pine cone symbol has been around for quite some time. Does anyone know how they stopped the masses from awakening in large numbers throughout history ?

I am weary of anything that goes mainstream or is associated with New Age. Why, because the masses are sheep always being led in one direction or another, never for their betterment. Just as in the movie "Book of Eli" you see how "the book" can be used to free or enslave. I'm sure meditation and the penal gland could be used for good, but my belief is without proper understanding you only open yourself to further enslavement.
