I saw it recently too, and if I remember correctly, the officers dashboard footage was real, as was the scene where that main lady from the story was being "possessed" or something near the end, and her mouth was hanging open like her jaw had been shattered.

I looked into it a bit and I'm pretty sure all that footage was real.
