Can I ask, because I haven't found a suitable explanation anywhere... What is the benefit of using dispersants... Other than hiding the amount of oil, that is? Is there any benefit in terms of clean up? Or keeping it from killing animals? Or what? Because if not, they shouldn't be using it, PERIOD.
