I tried everything except hypnosis and the e-cig has made it so easy to quit smoking it's criminal.

I quit on my birthday Jan 3rd and never looked back.

Been saving a boat load of money since.

I'll tell you it's a great way to quit for those who still like to smoke, if that makes sense. :)

Im thinking of getting one for my father ... he has been a chain smoker for 50 decades, so stop smoking is not an option for him, but with a e-cig he might have it a little easier on his lungs ... just wondering if the perfumes and stuff that is in the e-cig fuel tanks is not more harmful than natural tabacco ?

They really can help you quit, I found them last year, the Blu's were a little weak for me in the vap department, So I went through a few brands and tried them.

The refil liquid you can order is much cheaper than the cartridges. The best flavor I've ordered was Apple Pie. You can do a google search for Totally Wicked, they have some decent flavors if you get into the liquids, and of course all different levels of nicotine down to 0 to help you quit!

How did you overcome the craving for nicotine ? The e-cig still has nicotine in it I think.

Yes it does.

You can get juice with different various levels of nicotine.

I never really wanted to quit smoking because I enjoy it.

So for me the e-cig is a much cheaper and healthier alternative.

But if you wanted to truely come off nicotine you could step down slowly by using juice with lesser and lesser amounts of nicotine.

They don't use perfumes to flavor them, they use flavored candy oils typically. They do have a regular tobbacco flavor as well for someone that's been a long time smoker.
