Congrats Tessa.
I tried everything except hypnosis and the e-cig has made it so easy to quit smoking it's criminal.
I quit on my birthday Jan 3rd and never looked back.
Been saving a boat load of money since.
I'll tell you it's a great way to quit for those who still like to smoke, if that makes sense. :)

How did you overcome the craving for nicotine ? The e-cig still has nicotine in it I think.

But if you wanted to truely come off nicotine you could step down slowly by using juice with lesser and lesser amounts of nicotine. ------
