Seems to me that your trying hard not to quit...Why don't you just make up your mind and quit. I smoked for over 10+ years and thought I would never be able to give it up but one day I said fuck it! and decided I didn't want that shit in my life anymore and so I quit cold turkey as they say without any problems or withdrawl symptoms...The question is, do you really want this for yourself? because getting these stupid devices only set you up for failure along with the gum and everything else not to mention a waste of money. Give it to god, make up your mind and use that will power god gave you to quit and just do it already...I know that last part is going to seem a little forward and blunt but it works if you believe it'll work. You have to believe in yourself...
