Link between Israeli incident and oil gusher crisis?

There are so many really gifted people here who are very good at connecting dots, I'm not one of them. It seems, to me anyway, that serious events are unfolding quicker than ever before...since the oil catastrophe.

My question is...could this incident on International water have anything to do with the oil catastrophe?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
