Duh ....

I have been saying almost continuously that the EARLIEST that they can even consider utilizing the relief wells to cap this thing is going to be around Labor Day ... and that of course is "IF" they aren't bothered by ANY hurricanes AND the relief wells being drilled go nearly perfectly.

ANY hurricanes in the area will set back the drilling operations probably by about 2 to 3 weeks FOR EACH hurricane (need to seal what is drilled, pull up the pipe, go away, come back, put the pipe back down, drill out the seal, continue drilling)

Drilling in hurricane season of course could have it's own set of problems with possibly a second well leaking ... but for the moment let's not even go in that direction.
