Capitalism ALWAYS fails eventually, and must be bailed out by bigger gov't! The 1920s was a capitalists dream! Almost unfettered free market...the rich business owners made money hand over fist...oh, but then that created the GREAT DEPRESSION of the 30s. So....we had to be BAILED OUT in the 30s and into WW2 by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, where our economy BOOMED LIKED NEVER BEFORE!! Just like now in 2010, we've needed the gov't intervention to get us through the last 20+ years of unchecked capitalism. Obama had to put the breaks on it, bail out the country, and most likely take us into another big war. Same story, different characters.... carry on....

Try reading "The Creature from Jekyll Island" and then you will understand that since the late 1890's there has not been any kind of capitalist system in the western world.
