Wouldn't you say the Gulf and the Atlantic would be about 1/3 of all oceans (sea)?
If so, according to this then the Pacific at least will not be affected, and probably large parts of the arctic and Indian oceans...
Actually, the Atlantic is less than 1/3, but that's in sq miles. What about volume of water? It is very deep in places.

I think he was actually a chaplain to the employees of a major oil company and not an executive or CEO.

He's been talking NWO stuff for many years and he seems to be pretty accurate. We'll have to see about this one.
