look closely at the gauge. A gauge attached to a piece of equipment usually is ranged within the equipments tolerances.

Eg. My pump truck had a gauge that went to 120 MPA

Structural failure of the pump happens at 100 MPA

Now look at the pressure gauge where the black line ends on the left of the gauge. That is the max expected pressure range.

Look at where the needle is. Notice there are no numbers past the black highlighted area.

Looks like the only rov doing anything useful has been evac'd. Now its just the BP poison wand and a bunch of clueless ROV's wondering what to do next.

MAN ... did you see the size of the gas flare on the ship next door? Must be fricking 4 stories tall at least!

Most of the ROV boats are right over the well head. The flame you are seeing is probably from the ship thats recovering oil from the cap and this is the VOC gasses coming up with that oil being burned off. But you are right - thats one hell of a flame !

Not the ship next door, its the primary ship, the Drillship Enterprise.

Flaring Natural gas like it's been doing since last week, no change.

The ROV didn't fare quite as well though it would seem???

the left menu has selections for various configurations including 12. Some people did not have enough connection speed to watch all 12, so I made modifications.
